Macromolecular Biochemistry
Macromolecular Biochemistry is the study of large, polymeric, biological molecules including carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids, and proteins. Faculty in BE are studying many aspects of this field including developing novel methods to deliver macromolecular pharmaceuticals and producing technologies to study the role of polysacchrides in disease processes.
