White Lab Hammond LabGlioblastoma remains difficult to treat, highlighting the need for new immunotherapy targets. Phosphorylated peptides presented by MHC molecules may enable immune recognition of altered tumor signaling. We identify candidate phosphopeptide targets in glioblastoma models and develop lipid nanoparticles for their delivery. Our work lays the groundwork for vaccines that direct immune responses against glioblastoma.

Buehler LabBiological engineering requires integrating diverse evidence to design, evaluate, and refine complex systems. Yet scientific AI often produces one-off answers without preserving the reasoning, failures, and uncertainty behind them. Using protein design as a motivating example, I will present AI-agent collectives that communicate, critique, and retain evidence across discovery cycles, turning isolated predictions into auditable knowledge that can guide biological design and validation.
