Biography

Dr. Domenic Narducci is an instructor in the Department of Biological Engineering. He is a graduate of both the MIT BE undergraduate and graduate programs. During his PhD, Domenic worked in the lab of Anders Sejr Hansen using a combination of live-cell microscopy and genomics to study the mechanisms underlying transcription and genome organization. He then worked for one year in the biotech industry at a start-up developing novel sequencing technologies based on single-molecule fluorescence microscopy before returning to MIT in 2026.
