BE REFS - graduate student-driven program that provides confidential conflict coaching to the BE community

Leadership and Mentoring
Mentor a UROP
Research Mentoring Certificate - pilot in IAP 2022 from OVC
Graduate Community Fellows - work on projects and assignments that enhance the graduate student community, focusing on a specific project in OGE or in a partner office at MIT.
Serve on the BE Board - various positions
Organize the BE Retreat - contact Gerri Powers and the BE Board Coordinators.
