Trevor McKee completed his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering in 2005, under the joint supervision of Dr. Peter So and Dr. Rakesh Jain. He then did a post doc at the Ontario Cancer Institute, and subsequently became a project manager at Princess Margaret Hospital. In 2014, he was promoted to manager of the STTARR image analysis core facility within Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where he applies machine learning algorithms to pathological analysis of patient and xenograft samples.
Nate Tedford completed his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering in 2006, under the joint supervision of Dr. Doug Lauffenburger and Dr. Linda Griffith. After exploring his interest in the application of phosphoproteomics to human disease at Epitome Biosystems, he returned to MIT as an instructor and research scientist under Dr. Forest White. In 2012, Nate joined Gingko BioWorks as a test pipeline architect.
